The “Lala and Ara” Children’s Games Group is starting a cooperation with “Voghgouyz me badmevadzk” (in Armenian voghgouyz me = a bunch of grapes, badmevadzk = story; the name best translates to “bunch of stories”). “Voghgouyz me badmevadzk” is an online initiative on SoundCloud and Facebook. A storyteller reads out children’s stories in Armenian. The mission of “Voghgouyz me badmevadzk” is to bring joy to children and teens through pleasant storytelling, and to promote interest in Armenian literature, as well as reading in general. The first bunch of stories comes from Levon Shant’s “Mangagan Ashkharh” series.
